In spring 2026, one of the largest glamping facilities in the region will open on land adjacent to Tobu Zoo in Shiraoka City, Saitama Prefecture.
In preparation for the operation of this new facility, a new company—TN Leisure Create LLC (TN Leisure Create)—has been established with capital investment from multiple partners.
Located next to Tobu Zoo, a hybrid leisure destination combining a zoo and amusement park, the facility will leverage the park’s strong drawing power of approximately 1.2 million annual visitors. By developing accommodation-and-attraction package plans, exclusive benefits for overnight guests, and other collaborative initiatives, the project aims to deliver unique experiences and added value not found at other glamping destinations.
