| Profile | Born in 1977 in Kyōtango City, Kyoto Prefecture. After graduating from Keio University in 2000, he joined a management consulting firm, where he worked on M&A support and corporate turnaround projects. In 2005, he was appointed President and CEO of Nishigaki Co., Ltd. He launched the company’s vacation-villa membership business and hospitality operations, expanding the group to more than 70 facilities nationwide. The company now engages in both direct facility management and consulting services, including development, operations, and marketing support. Today, he oversees a diversified portfolio of businesses spanning hospitality, resort development, and elder-care services. |

| Outlook | Our motto is “Building a sustainable tourism and hospitality model from regional Japan—and uplifting the nation’s tourism industry from the local level.” We are currently developing a unique position across both B2B and B2C domains by combining multiple business lines: a hybrid model of high-end villas and accommodations, a land-operator business targeting overseas luxury travel agencies, food & beverage operations, M&A support, villa development and sales, and the guest-acquisition support business of Booking Resort, which was listed on February 21, 2025.
