Marinetopia Resort

Marinetopia Resort was founded in 1989 (Heisei 1) in Kyoto’s Amanohashidate area.
Since then, we have steadily expanded our business domains—from developing villa communities and resort condominiums to operating restaurants, marinas, and accommodation facilities.

With a corporate culture that embraces innovation and bold new challenges, we extended our business presence to the Kanto region in 2020.
Driving this growth is our diverse capability in developing unique hospitality concepts.

We have created and operated a wide range of facility types, including Auberge Villas, Luxury Villas, Dog Resorts, and Glamping sites.
Going forward, we will continue to refine our existing brands while proactively developing new models that meet the evolving needs of consumers.
